The contest is valid for residents of India only and for products that have been bought from any of the stores or malls the products are placed at.

You agree that you are legally capable to enter the Contest and agree to the Terms and that you are competent (i.e. you are of sufficient age and mental capacity) and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement or your parents have consented to your entry of the Contest and use of these Rules.
Rules specific to each contest are displayed on the web page posting for such contest (the "Contest Announcement"). In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Contest announcement, the Contest announcement shall prevail.
To participate in the contest you need to send the keyword specified, in the contest announcement, using your mobile phone to. Upon receipt of message from you, it is presumed that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions and have agreed to receive the contest question.
Mitashi shall conduct lucky draw to announce the winners for the contest. And the winners will be determined as per terms specified in the contest announcement. The winners shall be intimated through SMS message on the given mobile number. Mitashi will conduct the lucky draw as per its choice. Mitashi shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the lucky draw and the contest itself from any party whatsoever.
The winners shall win prizes as announced by Mitashi. The selection of prizes is as per the sole discretion of Mitashi. Mitashi reserves its rights to modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, prizes, etc., without notice to the users. Mitashi reserves the right to cancel any part or all of the prizes. The winner must claim his/ her prize within 15 days of the announcement by Mitashi through SMS and on Mitashi's website. In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period, then Mitashi reserves its right to transfer the prize to the next winner chosen in the same draw. The first winner automatically surrenders his/ her right to the prize and shall not make any claim thereunder.
The winner will have to furnish a valid identity proof, a residential proof and also the hard copy of the warranty card duly filled and stamped by the dealer with all the details to be eligible to claim the prize. The bill provided at the time of purchase will be considered as proof of purchase for products bought at stores like Shopper’s Stop, E-zone, Croma and other stores in malls. However others will have to furnish a valid warranty card duly filled and stamped by the dealer. All the
details will have to be sent to Mitashi office in Mumbai at 505-508 Bhaveshwar Arcade, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar west Mumbai 400 086.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific prize for e.g. a valid passport, visas will be required if it includes travel outside India.
Mitashi reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. (b) to decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected in the event any entrant is disqualified from the Contest. (c) to require written permission from the parent or guardian of a winner who is under the age of 18.
Mitashi shall not be responsible for- (i) any SMS message delivery failures; (ii) for any SPAM generated messages; (iii) for the Operator code not being displayed on the user's mobile phone; (iv) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (v) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
You may be charged by your Mobile Phone Telecom Operator for every SMS message sent by you through the mobile phone for the Contest. You agree and acknowledge that this charge is your liability alone and that Mitashi is not responsible for the same and you will not have any recourse to Mitashi for the same. The winner shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail of the prize. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other incidental and related expenses as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will be required to provide certified proof of identity and residence, if any.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.
Mitashi will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or the prize, except to the extent that the liability cannot be excluded by law. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The announcement of the winners will happen on three dates mentioned below.
15th May, 15th June, 12th July 2009. The winners will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw and will happen in Mumbai only.
The names of the winners and their locations will be put up on the website and sent thru SMS to everyone on their mobile numbers.
Any further development in the announcements will be intimated to everyone through mail or you can log on to the website and check for the campaign.
For the prizes:
Hong Kong Disneyland: This prize will include the stay + airfare + park tickets for one child and 1 adult. Any other expenses will have to be borne by the winner. These tickets will be from Mumbai only so expenses of coming to Mumbai will have to be borne by the winner.
Please fill up the registration form with details about the child and do not forget to add the age.
All the other prizes will be sent to the address mentioned in the registration form by the contestant.
